Life Drawing & Movement

An exciting series of life drawing workshops designed to explore the movement of iconic performance styles and themes.

Movement is life, emotion and expression. Throughout the ages, great artists have been inspired by movement as they find ways to transpose the essence of it onto a blank canvas, pot or page.

Life Drawing & Movement runs as a series of Sunday morning drawing sessions. Each week has a different theme and breaks down the principles of the movement unique to it for participants to explore on their page. With the help of a carefully selected soundtrack and costumes, the sessions aim to create a visceral and immersive drawing experience. Poses are both still and moving, ranging between 1- 45 mins long. No experience necessary. All the models are performers.
